TREK ITINERARY

Day 01: Rishikesh to Lohajung (250 km /8 Hr Drive Approx)

Our journey will start from Rishikesh . The group will assemble at the pickup point at 6:30 Am.

250 km drive Aprox 8-10 hr drive to lohajung.

Rout :- Rishikesh – Devpriyag – Srinagar – Rudrapriyag – Karnpriyag – Tharali – dewal – Lohajung.

Evening tea ,snakes ,Dinner and Night stay at lohajung in guest house.

Note = the pickup point is ISBT Rishikesh / tapovan.

Your Brahmatal Trek Package begins in Rishikesh. We’ll meet at either ISBT Rishikesh or Tapovan at 6:30 AM to start our journey. We’ll drive about 250 km to Lohajung, which usually takes 8-10 hours. Along the way, we’ll pass through places like Devprayag, Srinagar, Rudraprayag, Karnaprayag, Tharali, and Dewal. In Lohajung, we’ll stay overnight at a guest house, where you can enjoy evening tea, snacks, and dinner. This sets the stage for our adventure in Lohajung before we begin the Brahmatal Trek, known as one of Best Winter Trek in Uttarakhand.

Day 02: LOHAJUNG TO BEKALTAL. 6km trek / Trek duration 4-5hr / akltitude 9900ft

• Early morning tea, morning exercise, and after breakfast, the trek will start from Lohajung to Bekaltal.

• The trek will pass through a village and forest with awesome views.
• The trail continues in gradual ascends jik jak motion of 6km.

• Arrival at the campsite.

On Day 2 of your Brahmatal Trek Package, we start with morning tea, some exercise, and breakfast. Then, we’ll begin our 6 km trek from Lohajung to Bekaltal, reaching an altitude of 9,900 ft. The trek will take about 4-5 hours and will lead us through beautiful villages and forests. The trail goes up gradually in a zigzag path. When we arrive at the Bekaltal campsite, we’ll have a hot lunch and some time to rest. In the afternoon, we’ll enjoy tea and snacks at the campsite and take a walk to Bekaltal Lake. In the evening, we’ll have tea, snacks, dinner, and stay overnight at the campsite.

Day 03: BEKALTAL TO BRAHMATAL 7km trek, approx 5-6 hr trek duration

• After breakfast trek starts toward Bekaltal to Brahmatal.

• The trek will pass through forests of Oal and Rhododendrons before opening up to large meadows of Telandi.

• Descend down from Jhandi top to Brahmatal.

• Arrive at the campsite followed by lunch and rest.

•Evening walk Brahmatal campsite to Brahmatal lake.

• Evening tea snakes Dinner and night stay at the campsite.

On Day 3 of your Brahmatal Trek Package, we’ll trek 7 km from Bekaltal to Brahmatal, which will take about 5-6 hours. After breakfast, we start the trek, passing through forests of oak and rhododendrons before reaching the wide meadows of Telandi. From there, we’ll descend from Jhandi Top to Brahmatal. Upon arriving at the campsite, we’ll have lunch and take some rest. In the evening, we’ll walk from the Brahmatal campsite to Brahmatal Lake. We’ll then enjoy tea, snacks, and dinner, and spend the night at the campsite.

Day 04: BRAHMATAL TO SUMMIT Treak Distance 4.5km, around 5hr

• Trek to Brahma Tal top from the campsite after breakfast.

• Moderate to steep climb to Brahmatal top.

• Total 4.5 km summit point 12400ft.

• Upon arrival at the summit point, you can see the beautiful sunrise with Himalayan peaks like Mt.Trishul, Mt Nanda Ghunti, and Mt Chaukhamb .

• After the summit come down to the campsite, lunch and engagement activities around the campsite.

• Night stay dinner at the campsite.

On Day 4 of your Brahmatal Trek Package, we’ll trek 4.5 km from the campsite to the Brahmatal summit, a journey of around 5 hours. After breakfast, we’ll start the moderate to steep climb to Brahmatal Top, reaching an altitude of 12,400 ft. Upon arrival at the summit, you’ll be rewarded with a beautiful sunrise and panoramic views of Himalayan peaks like Mt. Trishul, Mt. Nanda Ghunti, and Mt. Chaukhamba. After enjoying the summit, we’ll descend back to the campsite for lunch and some engaging activities around the area. The day ends with dinner and an overnight stay at the campsite. Day 05: BRAHMATAL TO LOHAJUNG duration 6-7 hr

• After breakfast trek to Lohajung.

• starting 3km till janditop asand rest and packed lunch at junditop. then trek to Lohajung 7 km down.

• Arrival at Lohajung around 4-5 km. followed by evening refreshments.

• Night stay, dinner and rest at guest house.

On Day 5 of your Brahmatal Trek Package, we’ll trek from Brahmatal back to Lohajung, a journey lasting 6-7 hours. After breakfast, we start the trek, covering the first 3 km up to Jhandi Top where we’ll rest and have a packed lunch. Then, we’ll continue the 7 km descent to Lohajung. We expect to arrive in Lohajung around 4-5 PM. Once there, enjoy evening refreshments, followed by dinner and an overnight stay at a guest house. This day concludes our trekking adventure with a return to the comfort of Lohajung.

Day 06: LOHAJUNG TO RISHIKESH (250 km 8 Hr drive Approx

• Departure from Lohajung to Rishikesh early morning around 6 am.

•250km drive via karnprayag , devprayag , Rudraprayag.

From Delhi, a regular bus service operates to Rishikesh. The main bus station in Delhi is ISBT Kashmere Gate, offering both AC and non-AC buses for the journey to Rishikesh.

By Train:

To reach Rishikesh from Delhi by train, you’ll first need to travel to Haridwar. From there, you can take a bus to Rishikesh, which is 35 km away. Haridwar serves as a major railway junction connecting Delhi to Rishikesh.

By Air:

The closest airport to reach Rishikesh by flight is Jolly Grant Airport, located approximately 25 km from the city. Regular flights from Delhi to Rishikesh are available. If you plan to arrive by flight, it’s advisable to schedule your arrival one day in advance.
